Glad you got that New Year's eve cake fiasco off your chest...I have to say it is so easy to take forgetfulness personally. But as a small business owner, you can't do that to your clients/ customers! We are here to facilitate a transaction. The 21st century is very different place: it isn't enough to have quality but to be a creative relationship builder. If any business owner takes a customer personally that is death to the business.

I like this turnaround of events to a productive action I can do. It also speaks volumes to how I hire the team I want to work with!

Michelle: keep this "in my humble opinion" track going...every business needs to understand this: anticipate need and delight the folks who buy your stuff take a look at the other business who do this too (see above examples-Big companies do this too: Google and Zappos), so stop making excuses because really when we get down to it, there are no transactions without relationships!

I agree about Paul and Munroe Dairy. Paul, our delivery guy too, is at our house by 5:30am even in the snow. Roads haven't even been plowed yet, but somehow Paul and his truck make it through the snow and ice.

Margaret was great! I just emailed her today - the wisdom she shared back then has helped me EVERY DAY since getting dressed, picking out accessories, shopping for new stuff, and just being happy with my wardrobe. I highly recommend her services!

Actually, Deb - you could do it on your own time by listening to the recordings, and still take advantage of the email support, private FB group and all the resources. If you are interested, we could make it work, even though you won't be on the calls live. Let us know!
