Miriam A. Ross, Esq. is an experienced business lawyer with over 26 years of in-house, corporate legal experience at Textron Inc., GTECH Corporation and Dayco Corporation. Ms. Ross has partnered with senior corporate management in the negotiation and execution of business strategies in a full range of corporate transactions, global commercial deals, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and in the development and implementation of business ethics, governance and compliance strategies, programs and training.

Ms. Ross understands business, bringing strategic insight and the credibility of an experienced lawyer to the smaller business owner. Ms. Ross earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University, Cleveland Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio and her B.A. in Latin American Studies and political science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She is admitted to practice in the states of Rhode Island, Ohio and Michigan.
