Joelle Jay is the president of Pillar Consulting, LLC, a leadership development practice that helps organizations leverage and preserve the talents of their leaders. As a leadership consultant and coach, she specializes in helping business leaders increase their results by investing in themselves. Through her coaching, speaking, and research, Joelle has talked to hundreds of top leaders in Fortune 500 companies about how to transform their business by transforming themselves. Her current clients include AT&T, Qwest, International Game Technology, MGMMIRAGE, and more. She is an associate with the Leadership Research Institute and a regular columnist for CEOIQ magazine.
Joelle has over 100 public and published appearances. Joelle has a Ph.D. in leadership and is an adjunct faculty member for the University of Nevada MBA Program. She is on the board for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign and the Nevada Women’s Fund.
She is a mother of two boys, Jackson (3) and Morgan Adam (1).
